Praxispotenzial is a German service provider specialising in administrative support for dental practices and dental care centres. The company was founded by Lena Metzner and Olaf Mischke and works remotely with dental practices throughout Germany.Our team integrates into the existing processes and software of each practice. This allows dental practices to receive ongoing support without having to change their established systems or outsource their entire administration.

Praxispotenzial provides remote support with dental billing and related administrative processes.Our services include billing according to BEMA and GOZ, treatment and cost plans, dental prosthetics, periodontal treatment, private billing and the preparation and review of billing-related documentation.We also support dental practices with practice organisation, AI-assisted documentation and moderated team discussions. The scope of support is agreed individually and can be adapted to the existing workflows of each practice.
