Privacy Policy

Last updated:

At All Health and Care UK, your privacy matters. We publish publicly available information about health and care providers, keep tracking to a minimum, and explain how employer accounts, job listings, and job applications are processed.

1. What this policy covers

This policy explains how we collect, use, and protect information when you:

  • Browse directories and content on All Health and Care UK
  • Create an employer account and manage your dashboard
  • Post jobs on our job board
  • Apply for jobs through our application forms
  • Contact us for support or enquiries

2. Public directory data

Information shown in our health and care directories (for example GP practices, dentists, pharmacies, opticians, care homes and hospitals) is sourced from publicly available or official sources. This content is provided for general information purposes.

If you represent a listed organisation and believe information is inaccurate or out of date, please contact us at info@allhealthandcare.co.uk.

3. Employer accounts

When you register an employer account, we process information to create and secure your account and provide employer services.

Information we may collect from employers

  • Name and email address (account owner)
  • Company name
  • Company website and phone number (optional)
  • Login metadata (for example: timestamps, approximate IP/technical logs for security)

How we use it: to create and manage your account, provide access to the employer dashboard, send essential service emails (for example password reset, subscription status, job status), and keep the platform secure.

Employer dashboard: https://allhealthandcare.co.uk/employer/dashboard

4. Job listings

When an employer posts a job, we process the listing details to publish and display it on the site, help candidates find it, and route applications to the employer.

Job data may include

  • Job title, description, category, employment type
  • Location details (town/city, postcode area, optional postcode)
  • Salary text and shift pattern (optional)
  • Visa sponsorship / DBS / driving flags (if provided)
  • Application email address (used to deliver applications)

Important: Please avoid including sensitive personal information in job descriptions (for example health data about individuals). Job listings are intended to describe the role and how to apply.

5. Job applications (for applicants)

When you apply for a job on All Health and Care UK, we process the information you submit to deliver your application to the employer.

Information applicants may provide

  • Full name
  • Email address
  • Phone number (optional)
  • Message (optional)
  • Eligibility / sponsorship checkboxes (as provided in the form)

Where your application goes: your application is sent to the employer using the application email address associated with the job listing. The employer becomes the recipient of your information and will handle it under their own privacy practices.

Retention: we aim to keep applicant data only as long as necessary to operate the service, resolve issues, and maintain security. Employers may retain your application for longer according to their internal processes.

6. Payments and billing

If you subscribe or pay for employer services, payments are processed by our payment provider (for example, Stripe). We do not store full card details on our servers.

We may store billing-related records needed for account management, reconciliation, and legal/tax obligations (for example subscription status, timestamps, and identifiers provided by the payment processor).

7. Analytics

We use Fathom Analytics to understand overall website usage (for example, which pages are most visited and which searches are used).

  • Fathom is privacy-focused and is designed to avoid invasive tracking.
  • It provides anonymous, aggregated insights and does not build profiles of individual visitors.
  • It is designed to support compliance with GDPR, CCPA and PECR.

8. Cookies

Cookies are small text files stored on your device. We use only what is necessary for core site functionality and security, and (where enabled) privacy-first analytics.

Essential

Needed to provide the site and keep it secure (for example authentication, session, and basic protection).

Optional

We aim to minimise optional cookies. If we introduce additional non-essential tools in the future, we will update this policy and (where required) provide consent controls.

You can control cookies using your browser settings. Disabling essential cookies may affect how the site works (for example logging in).

9. Security

We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect the site and the information we process. This includes access controls and security logging to prevent abuse and fraud.

No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure. If you believe your account has been compromised, contact us at info@allhealthandcare.co.uk.

10. Your rights

Under UK data protection law, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict processing of your personal data, and to object in certain situations.

To exercise your rights, email info@allhealthandcare.co.uk.

If your request relates to a job application you submitted, note that the employer may be the main controller of your application data after delivery. We can help with what we control on our platform.

11. Contacting us

If you contact us (for example via our Contact page), we will use the information you provide to reply and manage any follow-up. We do not sell personal data.

12. Updates to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page and the “Last updated” date will be revised.
