Job description

We are building dedicated teams for nurse led paediatric community packages across multiple locations.

Stable, structured packages with consistent hours and long term placements within community settings.

We are looking for experienced support workers with exposure to:

Strong rates available, up to £18 - £25+ depending on complexity and experience.

Current Locations:

Cambridgeshire – CB22, PE2, PE3, PE7

Peterborough – PE6

Northamptonshire – NN5

East London – E1, E3, E4, E5, E6, E10, E13, E14, E1W, IG3, IG5, IG7, IG8, RM9

Essex – CM1, CM2, CM3, SS5, SS7, SS9

Hertfordshire – AL2, HP1, SG9, WD18, WD25, WD3, WD6

North London – HA0, HA7, N9, N11, NW6, TW7, TW14

Surrey – RH1

Sussex – BN1, BN3, BN14, BN17, BN18, BN20, BN22, BN24, RH12, TN22, TN33
