The Plasma Doctor
About this clinic
Dr Corcoran qualified in dentistry from the University of London and, whilst working in Oral and Maxillofacial surgery, was awarded the Royal College of Surgeons Fellowship in Dental Surgery. He then returned to university to study Medicine. After graduating he continued post-graduate study, achieving Fellowship in Surgery and Fellowship in Anaesthesia.
He has spent 14 years as a consultant anaesthetist within a large NHS teaching hospital and for 10 of those years simultaneously served as a clinical director, responsible for clinical standards and the delivery of high-quality care across departments.
In aesthetic medicine, Dr Corcoran was awarded a Distinction in the Postgraduate Diploma in Cosmetic Medicine and subsequently completed a Master of Science degree at the University of South Wales, receiving a Merit for his thesis on Ultrasound in Aesthetic Medicine.
His primary clinical interest lies in treatments that stimulate the body’s own regenerative response: NeoGen plasma, PRP, polynucleotides, HIFU and endolift laser. When combined with smoothing injectables and dermal fillers where appropriate, these approaches produce natural-looking results that genuinely last.
