Elaleni Counselling

Elaleni Counselling is a UK-based counselling practice offering online and telephone therapy for adults who are grieving, feel overwhelmed, or feel like they have issues that they can’t discuss with anyone else.

Founded by a BACP-registered counsellor with an Advanced Diploma in Integrative Counselling and specialist trauma-informed training, Elaleni Counselling provides a warm, confidential, and person-centred space where clients going through difficult periods can take their time unpacking their emotions and processing their feelings.

This practice specialises in helping clients who are suffering from grief and loss, as well as those who are coming to terms with trauma. Elaleni Counselling also provides support for clients experiencing suicide bereavement, anxiety and overwhelm, as well as supporting clients during significant life transitions. Sessions are designed to provide clients with the tools they need to explore their issues gently, including improved clarity, emotional steadiness and a deeper understanding of their experiences, whether they are facing a recent crisis or carrying long-standing difficulties.

Elaleni Counselling emphasises compassionate, non-judgemental support, recognising that people often come to therapy without clear answers or even the words to describe what they are experiencing. Clients are encouraged to explore their concerns in a safe and manageable way, with therapy tailored to their individual needs. A free initial consultation is available, and ongoing sessions are offered remotely across the UK.
